Outplacement

Nearly all employees who are being made redundant will benefit from professional outplacement support and training as they face the job market. This can provide them with practical skills in such things as job search, writing CVs, completing application forms and interview techniques. It can also greatly improve their residual perception of the employer they are leaving.
 
Outplacement does not need to be hugely expensive, nor does it need to be limited to the “top team” of an organisation. We can tailor our services to provide a cost-effective package which will meet the needs of your employees and suit your budget.

We offer candidates an opportunity to think through future career opportunities, and friendly personal advice on the practical aspects of facing the job market or exploring new career directions.

Working with strategic partners The Connect Team Ltd, we are able to back up our personal consultancy support with excellent web-based materials which are available to each candidate for a minimum of six months.
