The Moor House Partnership

The Moor House Partnership aims to treat all its partners, associates, employees and clients fairly and with respect.

From time to time, the Partnership may wish to use psychometric instruments for the purposes of selection, or to assist with individual or personal development.

Where such instruments are used, they will:

be appropriate for the purpose for which they are being used.

be demonstrably reliable and valid, and free of unlawful bias.

conform to the standards of the British Psychological Society (BPS) Level A and B Scheme.

Confidentiality

Test materials will be kept confidential. They will be kept in locked storage both on and off site, and access to them by unauthorised and unqualified personnel will not be permitted.

Test results and individual questionnaire data will be confidential to the qualified staff involved in the selection procedure or development activity. Results will be stored in accordance with the provisions of the Partnership’s Data Protection registration.

Feedback

Any individual who has taken a test or completed a questionnaire will be offered feedback from a suitable qualified person. Similarly, reports or feedback to line managers, where appropriate, will only be given by a qualified person.

Test administration

Tests and questionnaires will be administered strictly in accordance with the publishers' instructions and advice. Suitable venues will be provided whenever a test is administered.
